At every weekend service time, through interactive classroom learning, engaging large group time and age-appropriate weekly lessons that build on one another, children (birth-4th grade) at Scottsdale Bible explore the stories and people of the Bible while having fun. With dedicated volunteer leaders who adopt their classrooms as their own ministries, kids witness first-hand the loving touch of Christ through impactful relationships.
As a true partner to parents, our staff team comes alongside them to help raise up the next generation of Christ-followers, while providing valuable support to create a godly legacy in their families.
We invite you to experience the care your family will receive in Children’s Ministry by attending our weekend programming. Stop by the children’s welcome center for classroom placement and opportunities to serve. To learn more, email email@example.com. Check out our Facebook page too!
All volunteers in our Children’s program are background and reference checked. They are also fully trained in emergency procedures and abide by the rule of three, ensuring each child is always with a group of three or more people. Security cameras throughout our buildings and gated playgrounds provide added security for your children while they are on our campuses.Volunteer with us! Teacher Resource Page

Awana is a Wednesday night program for children ages 4 (by September 1, 2017) to 6th grade, designed to help them learn more about Jesus and the Bible while having tons of fun!
Just as with schoolwork, dedicating weekly study time to the Bible is an important component of helping our children know and love God better. Awana, which stands for Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed (2 Timothy 2:15), focuses on helping children learn and memorize key Bible verses while integrating fun through games and large group programming.Register Here
We aim to inspire the 1st through 4th graders of Scottsdale Bible Church and their families to serve our community, country, and world by teaching about world missions and providing opportunities to serve.
Operation Christmas Child (Deadline this Sunday)
OCC collects shoeboxes filled with gifts and delivers them to children in need around the world. In the hands of the local churches, these boxes are a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship. In the hands of the children, they bring joy. SBC Discovery Kids and Missions & Me, will be leading the charge to assemble as many boxes as we can. We will kick off the Shoe Box Challenge on October 25 and spend three weeks packing boxes. There will be opportunities to help promote, lead a packing session, and pack boxes as a family. Contact Matt Rich to get involved.
