Dear friend,
I always look forward to this season and the opportunity to review and celebrate what God is doing in and through His people at SBC. As we conclude our 61st year as a church, we have many reasons to praise and thank Him. In this report, you’ll see some highlights of our year as well as testimonies from many who have grown in their love for Jesus, experienced restoration and hope, or found purpose and joy in serving. You will also see how your gifts are being used to meet tangible needs, care for children and families, strengthen the local Church, and carry the gospel to all nations. Each of the numbers we’ve shared in these pages represents a person whose life was impacted by God because you selflessly invited, shared, gave, or served others in Christ’s name.
As we begin a new year with confidence in God’s plans for our future, please pray that we will continue to be led by His Spirit and ready to respond to His voice as He uses us to advance His Kingdom. I hope you will rejoice in the good news of God’s grace in Christ and find great joy as you join us in carrying the Gospel to all people.
