SBC’s 55+ Ministry is designed for adults 55 and up and offers opportunities to connect, enjoy fellowship, grow in your faith, and use your God-given gifts to encourage others. Join one of our many Bible studies offered for women and men or our marriage enrichment classes for couples. We also invite you to join our Hearty Souls weekday study, get involved in local outreach serving opportunities, or attend one of our many fun events. We have a place for you!

FITNESS/BALANCE for Seniors is of potentially life-saving importance. We offer a weekly class specifically designed for people over 55 years of age at our Shea Campus. Your first visit is free and if you would like to come back, the class is $5. You do not need to register. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothes as exercises are done while sitting in chairs. We have fun, too! We know God numbers our days, but how we live them is up to us. Come make friends who, like you, want to live a long, healthy life!
