CREATE Camp

June 17–21, 2024 | 9am-12pm | Shea
Cost: $50

CREATE is a five-day experience where students entering grades 5-12 can discover and hone their God-given artistic talents in a community that encourages collaboration and fun and equips them to serve the Kingdom. We have seen God do amazing things in the many years of this camp, and we trust He will continue that work this year.

Classes are taught by a combination of SBC Worship & Creative Arts staff and talented leaders in their fields. Each student will choose one of the following tracks to participate in throughout the week.

Tracks

  • Band – Students who are already proficient on guitars, keyboards, or drums will be placed in separate bands and learn new music and techniques. Requires participation in SBC’s worship services on Sunday, June 23.
  • Vocals – Students are taught vocal style, technique, and expression as they learn current worship songs to engage the heart. Requires participation in SBC’s worship services on Sunday, June 23.

To ensure we can best teach and facilitate each class, we are limiting class sizes, and spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you sign up for a class that is full, you may join a waitlist or register for a different class. If and when spots become available, we will start at the beginning of the waitlist and work down as places open up.

There will be no refunds after June 10, and there is no walk-up registration.
