His Grace Is Sufficient

I love that the God of the universe, the One who hung the stars and formed our very hearts; that magnificent God is still a personal God.

I know that I have access to Him, and He sees me and wants to talk to me.  But so often my conversations with Him turn into my own petitions for help. I want relief from some current circumstance or wound, some disappointment that I want Him to reverse, some comfort that I want to convince Him is what I need, or some anything that I’ve convinced myself is everything.

That’s where I find myself today, in the midst of circumstances that require me to trust His “no” or His “wait,” and remember the sweet promise of His Word.  How about you?  His everything is the answer to anything we bring to Him.
