Daniel (by Beth Moore)
Evening teacher: Carol Gaulden
The prophet Daniel faced unbelievable pressures to compromise his faith as he lived in a hostile culture and confronted many temptations. Today, believers face many of the same trials. This study examines how we can develop integrity in our modern-day Babylon, and also explores prophecies from the time of Daniel through the second coming of Christ.

Children of the Day: 1 & 2 Thessalonians (by Beth Moore)
Teacher: Monika Comick, , Room A7
The New Testament believers carried the Spirit of God as they walked along the shores of Thessalonica, just as you carry that light today. The circumstances and conditions in your journey are not coincidental. God’s timing is impeccable. Join Beth Moore on the Thessalonian shores as you face real crises, medical diagnoses, afflictions, relationships, doubts, concerns, and fears. Let the tide wash your eyes with fresh vision. Don’t let pride or timidity come between you and the presence of God. Press in tightly. This is your journey to the shores of Thessalonica where you’ll write your name in the sand.
Teacher: Jody Johnston, , Room A2
God has an incredible purpose for us in this life. However, it is easy to become weighed down with cares, defeat, past hurts, and other areas of sin that keep us in bondage and away from His purposes. These hindrances steal our intimacy with Christ and the joy of our salvation. This study is about becoming more like Jesus and reflecting His love and power to everyone around us.
Romans Part 3 & 4: Chapters 9-16 (Precept Study)
January 16–May 15 (includes an Easter break)
Teacher: Sandra Henry, no videos, Room A9
God doesn’t go back on His promises. He can always be trusted. Romans 9-11 is an extended discussion of the subject of God’s sovereignty—election, predestination, and responsibility—focusing on His choice of Israel and His faithfulness to His covenant. Part 4 continues with exploring how the righteous shall live by faith. Do you live out your faith? What practical things can you do to show that you have been justified? Romans 12–16 are very practical chapters. You will learn how redemption, justification, and propitiation enable you to live righteously as you serve God.
Wednesdays, January 10–April 25, 6:30-8pm
A Bible Study for Moms
Teacher: Peggy Johnson, Room A2
Every mother’s desire is to be a great mom and raise great kids, all while managing her home and loving her husband. In the busyness of life, we can get sidetracked and miss opportunities to make a difference in the hearts of our kids. This winter we are going to look at intentional ways to apply God’s Word in ways that will impact our children’s lives and faith. Each week, you will be encouraged through teaching, small group fellowship, and prayer.
This class matches the schedule of the AWANA program for children. Register your child for AWANA here.
