Operation Christmas Child

October and November | All Campuses

We want boys and girls around the world to know that God loves them and has not forgotten them. Most of all, they need the joy and hope found only in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Will you partner with us to share that glorious hope with children across the world—many of whom have never heard the Name of Jesus? You can do so by packing an Operation Christmas Child shoebox. Pick up a shoebox and instructions in Discovery Kids on October 30 or at the patio table on your campus starting November 6 and drop off your shoebox on one of the dates below.

You can also pack a shoebox online! With just a few clicks, you can select toys and other fun items you’d like to include and personalize your gift with your own letter and photo. OCC will pack the gift for you and send it on its way for a suggested donation of just $25.

We need you! There are four important ways you can volunteer to help with OCC.

  2. Help with Collection Week in the Shea South Parking Lot on various dates starting November 14.
  3. Distribute and collect OCC shoeboxes outside the North Ridge Worship Center on November 6, 13 or 20.
  4. Distribute and collect OCC shoeboxes outside the Fountain Hills Worship Center on November 6, 13 or 20.
  5. Pack shoeboxes at the North Ridge Packing Party. Sign up below.

North Ridge Packing Party

Friday, November 11 | 8am-1pm
Saturday, November 12 | 9am-1pm

Join us as we pack 600 OCC shoebox gifts that will be delivered to children in more than 100 countries around the world. The empty boxes and items to go into them will be provided. You can also help by donating items such astoothbrushes and small toys (cars, etch-a-sketch, games, marbles). If you feel led to find out where the shoebox you pack is sent and to donate for the shipping costs, an option to follow your box will be provided at the party. We will be limiting the size of the group and pre-registration is required.
