FAQ

Can I just show up or bring people who did not sign up? I see that there is no more availability for this tour.
No, please only bring the people who individually signed up for each Discovery Day. Each location can only manage a specific headcount due to COVID-19 limitations, space, and parking.

Can I sign up for multiple Discovery Day dates?
You can sign up for as many Discovery Day opportunities as you would like. However, due to limited availability at each location, we ask that you please visit the webpage of the partners that interest you to determine which would align most closely with your passions, giftings, and availability for future serving opportunities. This will allow as many people as possible to experience our various local partners.

What COVID-19 precautions are being taken? Will I be asked to wear a mask?
All guidelines are determined by the local partner and some require masks indoors and possibly outdoors. Those attending these Discovery Days will be asked to default to these local partner guidelines.

What if I need to cancel?
Please email Shannon at scox@scottsdalebible.com to notify us that you will not attend so we can make your spot available for another person.

I am unable to attend any of the scheduled Discovery Days. What should I do?
Many of the Discovery Days are intentionally scheduled to align with the common volunteering times at that specific partner. If you would like to learn more about ways to “Get Out There,” please visit the Local Outreach Serving page to view all SBC local partners and their volunteer opportunities.
