Sunday Nights is the place for students to gather for teaching about relevant topics, engaging music, and fun with friends. YTH 5-8 meets at 4pm and YTH HSM (grades 9-12) meets at 6pm, and each group experiences worship, teaching and small group discussion. Throughout the year, students also get away for amazing camps, mission trips, and serving events. Join us to experience unconditional love and acceptance as we encourage one another to live and love like Jesus.

We want the 5-8 students to find a place to belong in our YTH family, believe in God, and become a disciple of Christ. The 5-8 leaders and I are so excited to get to know your students, teach them more about Christ and how much He loves and cares about them, and watch them grow into the people God made them to be. I hail from the lone star state, became a Razorback in college, and met my amazing wife Bethany serving at an urban youth camp outside of Denver, Colorado. We’ve been married since 2013 and have two little girls Eleanor and Evelyn who where born in 2018 and 2020. I started with SBC in 2017, and have been serving with students in some capacity since. I love students, and my hope for your student is that they grow in their relationship with Jesus, relationships with others who are doing the same, and as a result can call this place home. All are welcome! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or would like to sit down to talk! All volunteers in YTH are background and reference checked. They are also fully trained in emergency procedures and abide by the rule of three, ensuring each student is always with a group of three or more people. Security cameras throughout our buildings provide added security for your student while they are on our campuses.
