Winter Wonder FAQ

Do I need a ticket?
No, all Winter Wonder performances are free with open seating.

When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance. However, many people begin lining up before the doors open.

Can I save seats for others in my party?
Yes, however 10 minutes prior to the performance, all saved seats will be released. We encourage your entire party to arrive together.

If I’m disabled, do I need to wait in line? Is there handicapped seating?
We have a limited number of reserved seats for those with disabilities and up to three persons in their party. Special entrances on the north and south sides of the Auditorium will be open prior to the main doors opening.

How many seats are available at each performance?
There are approximately 1,950 seats in the Auditorium.

Is childcare available?
Yes, for children five and under at all performances before 7pm. Pre-register you child(ren) here.

How long is the performance?
Just under two hours, including a 15-minute intermission.

Will the Café be open?
Yes, the Café will offer grab ‘n’ go food and beverage items before each performance and during intermission.

Will there be a donation opportunity at the event?
Yes, each year we offer an opportunity to give to a Christmas project focused on making a difference in our community. Details about this year’s project will be shared at each performance.

Will there be regular church services on December 3 & 4, and 10 & 11?
We will have our regular Saturday night service at 5pm on December 3, but not on December 10. We will have our regularly scheduled Sunday morning services at 9 and 11am at all locations on December 4 and 11.

How can I get involved?
We need hundreds of volunteers to help greet, serve refreshments and care for kids, and you can sign up to volunteer at one or more performances [here]. If you’re interested in participating in next year’s production, email worship@scottsdalebible.com and indicate your area of experience/interest.
