I am so sorry I missed this message in person… I started watching the web site and couldn’t stop watching…. I have been talking about it and sending the link to people since I watched it. It was inspriring to hear such honesty and to hear the sincerity (SP?) about really knowing Jesus. WOW! WOW! WOW!

What a wonderful and powerful message! What a wonderful and powerful pastor! It carries a lot of weight hearing from people who have been there and really know what they are talking about! Our hearts and souls are continually touched by the sermons and pastors at SBC. Not a dry eye around us at the 5:00 service. I believe some very good things happened that night. Keep up the good work!! We love you guys!

I too was moved to tears as I listened to Pastor Karl speak! Karl’s message,touched me so much The whole world is in a terrible mess, and even believers are confused,frightened and hurting due to the loss of their business, their homes, everything as they once knew it. God is in the very heart of it, and is right there beside us. We need to hear from Karl, and, or other pastors, and be inspired from within so we can change, and also then witness to others. It was an AMAZING sermon! Thank you so much!

Yes Karl, we ARE creatures of habit!…Unfortunately, as you said, the habits that too often stick to us are negative ones. The ones that seem to have velcro! Why is it that good habits take more effort in order to really stick??? Pastor Karl spoke so clearly about how these dark cycles and patterns often take hold of our lives….and how… WHEN we reach the end of “me,” THEN God can fully”be” in us….only He can release us from the bondage of sin, when we put our “hands up” in “surrender and victory”. ONLY Jesus came to save us forever. When that REALLY sinks into our hearts…. how Jesus payed ….then REAL THANKFULNESS to HIM can fuel our lives to break those chains, and fill us with HIS HOLY SPIRIT POWER…to produce healthy new fruit through constructive habits and patterns full of living water…resulting in LOVE, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, GOODNESS, GENTLENESS, FAITHFULNESS, and SELF CONTROL..What transforming love and thankfulness flows from truely “getting JESUS” ….I am so thrilled that my dear son, James, and his lovely girlfriend, Nicole, were at your service and were so touched and moved by it, that they shared it with me via computer ( Facebook) …and I, as you can tell, listened to it on line! Rock on Karl!…Sending love and thanks for sharing Jesus so passionately… from Virginia ( by Washington DC)…Your words touched, and blessed me to the core. I attended the 11:15 serivce and brought a guest who was looking for some spiritual direction; little did I know what God had in store for my friend and I. Karl, thank you for allowing God you use you to minister to us at SBC. I have been Awakened and humbly reminded how God transforms us…
It was absolutely beautiful to see the entire church raise their hands and truely praise our God!
What an amazing service!!! God Bless!!
