Get Involved

Thank you for your interest in being part of our ministry! Leading people in worship each week is a holy and awesome responsibility and we are very excited about how God uses all of us as we commit our gifts and talents to serving Him. Countless hearts and lives are impacted through our music ministry. More importantly, our own lives are renewed and transformed as we give ourselves to total worship of our great God!
Worship requires active participants! If you have a heart for drawing others into the presence of God and are ready to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, we can use your talents in many different areas.

Choir

Love to sing? Then our worship choir is the place for you. With over 100 vocalists ranging in age from 20–70, the choir is full of enthusiastic singers who love to proclaim God’s glory through song! The choir rehearses on Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 8:15 p.m., September through May, and leads worship approximately three times a month for the Classic and Blended services. Orchestra

This talented group of musicians represents all walks of life and includes structural engineers, mechanics, music teachers, doctors and stay-at-home moms—to name a few.

Some were music majors in college; others played in high school and returned to their instruments later in life. Regardless of their skill level, this group is committed to communicating Biblical truth through music.

The orchestra rehearses on Wednesday nights from 6:30–8:15 p.m., September through May, and leads worship approximately three times a month for the Classic and Blended services. For more information or to schedule an audition, contact Joe Bubar at jbubar@sbcaz.org.

Band

Whether playing with the orchestra or accompanying a praise team, this group of highly musicians anchors much of the Sunday morning music.

Auditions are required and participation in the band requires weekly rehearsals with musicians serving on a rotation basis.

Design

Our design team is a group of creative folks from various walks of life who assist in creative service elements, seasonal planning, as well as hands-on painting, building and decorating.
