Summer Camp

June 22-26 Club 56 had an opportunity to escape Phoenix and head up north for our annual summer camp. It was so exciting to watch 5th & 6th grade students connect with other students, volunteer staff and more importantly God.

Our theme this year was Boot Camp Special Forces where students were place on 1 of 4 teams: The Army Ranger, The Navy Seals, The Marines or The Green Berets. The entire week was a team competition where students earned point for their team. Our speaker for the weekend was our own Jason Fischer, high school Director at SBC, who did a fantastic job at communicating God’s word the entire weekend. Camp was a great experience for all of our staff and students who had an opportunity to learn more about God and build new relationships. God was good to us as we had 21 5th & 6th grade students give their live to Christ over the week. Praise god, here some pictures from the week of non-stop action:
