Reaching out to our family and visitors in Sunday services

The Second Half Ministry is in charge of many of the jobs needed to provide a smoothly-running Sunday service and also to reach out and welcome visitors to our church. Here are some activities that you can be involved in:

Be an usher. We are grateful to the many loyal ushers who are already ushers, and we are coordinating this service in an even more organized way. Be part of the action and meet new friends by working at one of the five services held each Sunday.
Serve communion. We ensure that communion service is fully staffed with volunteers.
Be a greeter in our Hospitality Suite. We provide regular greeters in the Suite to meet and welcome new visitors and encourage them to return again to fellowship with us. You can be a part of growing our congregation.
Give information. Help staff the Information Circle, where you have the opportunity to answer questions for newcomers.
Help us conduct the Welcome Event lunches. This is a quarterly lunch where newcomers are given an overview of Scottsdale Bible and learn how to get involved at our church.
