Service Opportunities

Hospitality

We invite you to connect with the body of Christ through hospitality. Sunday morning greeters, ushers, communion service and parking lot attendants are needed for all services. A great way to serve with your spouse is hosting the Hospitality Suite or providing assistance at the Guest Service areas. Visiting and assisting those hospitalized or in re-hab centers is also needed. See Hospitality (under Ministries) or contact Bob Cain at bcain2@sbcaz.org.

Ministry to Men Table

A great place to begin service and meet other brothers in Christ. The need is to greet men that are stopping by between worship services on Sunday mornings and provide information regarding upcoming opportunities and events for Ministry to Men and their Families. Stop by the table or contact Michael Martin at mmartin12@hotmail.com.

House of Refuge

“..To bring good news to the afflicted..” (Is 61:1) is what this ministry does through mercy and the provision of Jesus at this residence. If you would like to contribute to the Thursday night dinner service and/or bible study, contact Paul Preston at 602-770-3221.

Phoenix Rescue Mission

“Changing Lives, One Volunteer at a Time.” The 4th Tuesday of every month men from SBC serve the mission through food service, conducting bible study, and leading worship. To participate, call Paul Reichart at 602-690-8826.

Father-Daughter Dinner
