Enrichment Classes

We have found that meeting together each Sunday in Enrichment Classes gives our congregation the opportunity to study God’s Word with other like-minded persons in an intimate setting. We have 13 classes—designed for people of all age groups and interests and range in size from 20 to 200. They are a place where:

• The Word is carefully taught
• Shepherding and personal care occur
• Spiritual gifts are used
• Opportunities to serve Christ and one other are plentiful

Fruitful, 8:00 a.m., E201
For all ages and life stages. This class is committed to prayer and mutual support of its members. The format is relaxed with stimulating discussions while studying the Bible together.

The Gathering, 8:00 a.m., E105
For all ages and life stages. A dynamic class dedicated to interactive, expository teaching that emphasizes the life changing application of the scriptures. We offer opportunities for fellowship, accountability, service, and social activities.

The Continuity of Scripture From Genesis to Revelation, 9:30 a.m., E210
For all ages and life stages. Do you understand the big picture of Scripture? Do you understand the main theme of the Bible, the unifying principle of God’s Word, and how it all fits together? Join us as we dig into Scripture – from Genesis through Revelation – and study God’s plan for the world – and for you!

Christian Essentials, 9:30 a.m., Town Centre
After you have become a Christian, how can you “walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work (Col 1:10)??” That is the topic of a new Bible class on the challenges and joys of Christian Ethics, happening  every Sunday in the Town Centre.

Community Connections, 9:30 a.m., E113
For all ages and life stages. This Bible study is interactive and seeks to make a difference in your weekday walk. Play, pray, serve and grow together. The class actively supports local and international missionaries.

Faith Forward, 9:30 a.m., E205
Young married couples in their 20s and 30s with young children. We seek to know God deeply, serve God passionately, and share in a community with peer couples. Mentor couples will help provide perspective and life experience, as we start our families and make our way in a rapidly changing culture. We have the unique teaching combination of Todd Robertson and Bob Schindler.

First5, 9:30 a.m., E214
For young engaged and newly married couples. Do you want to connect with other couples like you and explore this great adventure called marriage? What do you need to know? What does the Bible say? How can you build the foundation for a great marriage? Join other young married couples to discuss marriage and make some new friends in faith.

Intentional Living, 9:30 a.m., E203
For all ages and life stages. This is a gathering of couples and singles committed to growing deeper in their relationship with Jesus and others through regular study of God’s Word, accountability, service and fellowship.

Joint Heirs, 9:30 a.m., The Chapel
For all ages and life stages. Join this dynamic group of adults who desire to deepen an understanding of Scripture and how to apply it. Emphasis is on Bible teaching and a variety of dynamic home fellowship groups and class social events.

Powerful Living, 9:30 a.m., E105
For all ages and life stages. Enjoy great teaching from the scriptures, hands-on mission activity and lots of social fun. The class supports three missionary teams, has regular dinners and other fellowship events.

Strong Families, 9:30 a.m., E212
For married parents of elementary school-age children. This is a Christ-centered enrichment class that encourages parents with children in elementary school. John and Cindy Trent share how God’s Word equips couples and families to grow in Christ, build faith at home and serve their community.

As Iron Sharpens Iron, 11:15 a.m., E210
For men. Learn what it means for a man to walk with Jesus. In this class men can be heard by one another and sharpen one another. It is a remarkable and real place with remarkable and real men of for all ages.

Reformed Living, 11:15 a.m., Town Centre
For all ages and life stages. Singles and couples together will mature in their spiritual lives by applying the timeless Word of God to everyday living.
