Career Assistance Ministry
Standard Monthly Schedule
The changes in the economy have affected us all in one way or another. If you have been impacted by the changes or think that you might be impacted, then this ministry is for you. The Career Assistance Ministry (CAM) at Scottsdale Bible Church is designed for the person in career transition. If you are currently in or anticipate a job search, this ministry will help you gain support, learn top-notch search techniques, and network with other attendees.
CAM meets the first and third Monday nights of each month from 6-8 p.m., except on holidays. Each month the topics will repeat, however the discussions topics change at each session based on the needs of the attendees. You do not need to wait until the first of the month to start; you will benefit from coming to any session. No reservations are required, just come and be prepared to participate. There is no charge or fees associated with this ministry. The meetings will take place at Scottsdale Bible Church in room E214. Jackie Das is the owner of a local résumé writing business and will be on hand at the Monday night sessions to offer free advice and guidelines on writing a compelling résumé. If you wish to engage Jackie’s full consultation and résumé writing services, please feel free to do this but note that this is outside the scope of the free support that we offer through CAM.
