Steve Eriksson, Pastor of Spiritual Formation, shares with Dave Porter his role as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
As Steve explains, his role is to shepherd the shepherds, and to provide leadership as we all move under the guidance of our Vision 2010 Initiatives. Two vital components of that vision fall under Steve’s leadership:
- CONNECT 75 percent of current attendees in FELLOWSHIP/SERVICE
- Create an EVANGELISM CULTURE that permeates all of SBC
